Here is the first screenshot for Guitar Pro 5 for Mac

Anyone who doesn't know what Guitar Pro is - It is a damn good Guitar tabulature program for Windows which allows you to view, create and playback Guitar tabs. Playback is via MIDI and the program can export to MIDI or tab format to print. Currently this program is only available for Windows.

Release Date for Version 5 is expected in Early 2006 for both Mac and Windows.

I'm not seeing effects for 'throw guitar across the room' and 'push amp over', I dunno if I'll be able to use it.

That said, I've just had my guitar amp repaired after about 7 years of it sitting broken in the corner, something like this might be fun!

Ok this has FINALLY been released for Mac!

Since I bought the PC version I was able to install the Mac version as well. I must say although a bit processor hungry it seems to act and feel like the PC version.

edit: Forgot to mention - There is a 15 day demo available on the site.
