Default Searching file system for foreign characters

I'm trying to hunt down and change any non-English characters (for example, , , , ) in some folders on my hard drive... is there any easy way to do a blanket search for any & all non-English characters in file & folder names?

Probably depends what you consider easy I would think but I doubt there is anything readily accessible from the GUI. There is bound to be a way of doing it with Terminal, but I don't know what that is. If I needed to do it myself I would write an AppleScript, but I don't have time to do it for you, sorry. You may find one on the internets though.
