    Hey All,

I'm having a difficult experience with an online store called NoseGrind - see http://www.nosegrind.com.au/

I ordered an 'in stock' product two weeks ago and they say they have despatched the product twice - suposedly within two days of my order and then a second unit by express post on Tuesday after the first didn't turn up...I'm still waiting...

    Anyone used this store before?

Someone from nosegrind just posted a promotion here. Perhaps you could try PMing him?

I've checked out the Australian Securities & Investments Commission info for this company at http://www.search.asic.gov.au/

It says the company's status is 'Strike-Off Action In Progress' - anyone know what this means?

Happy ending - of a sort.

Still no product - but I managed to obtain a refund.

The whole episode was a bit of a mystery.....

    bump...

For the 2nd time in the space of a week, someone has come onto IRC and wondered where their nosegrind order is, and have they been duped...

Seems a common thread is that they don't return phone calls, so I would assume it's some guy running 5 businesses from his house.

I have had the same experience with this company. I have been waiting for approx 2 years to obtain a refund. Company never answers. The contact person at the time I did get through always said the computers were down.
