My supervisor is trying to open a Powerpoint presentation that made on a Vista Machine running Office 2007.

When he opens them on his Macbook using Office 2008, all inserted JPEG images have a black mask over the top of them which can't be removed. I am assuming it has something to do with the different way that Mac vs. PC handle image files.

We have tried saving the document on the PC as pptx and ppt, but the same thing still keeps happening.

Other than trying to save the original images again with a Macintosh Byte Order (not that I really understand this anyway) is there anything else to try. Not really sure if I can resave the original images anyway.
