Not much information/news on the MBA.

You know how some manufacturing plants dump damaged items?

I have a feeling this guy collected these from a bin.

    It's just a guess...

The person released those clear shots of MacBook/Pro confirmed the shipments arrived in Hong Kong today, will be sent out to retailers worldwide shortly.

    Indeed!

From there we can go fishing. One number up reveals a much smaller 85W power supply:

Pretty significant reduction in size. I thought the adaptors were shrunk a while back for the macbook pro's

    Why does that rarely happen

    Also with this pic:

For your "No idea" it looks close to be able to fit a eSata port

Although it's in an odd spot (Should be with all the other ports?) and doesn't seem long enough..

I think that port is going to be a HDMI port for an optional upgrade to a bluray player. Seems to be about the right length

Backlight should be only kept for the MacBook Pros and MacBook Airs.

That's what I was thinking. I think these small little differences will define the differences between the consumer and pro models. Sigh.... I can dream! It will be tough giving up my macbook air.

So, i wonder if HDD and RAM will still be user upgradeable, particularly in Macbook? Or hopefully (yeah right) they'll include a 320gb for a good price, with 4GB of RAM.

Well now we know that they won't be getting rid of the "Pro" name and merging the two lines into "MacBook" 13", 15", 17".

There will be a MBP in Late 2008.

    Ram - probably

HDD - doubt it (MB and MBP)
