    -Repeat alert up to two additional times for incoming text messages
    -Option to wipe data after ten failed passcode attempts
    -Genius playlist creation

    It is 237.8mb in size. DFU mode dose that erase your contact list?

    I'm expecting some decent improvements with 2.1. I love the iPhone but it's been pretty buggy for me so hopefully this is a fix.

    Your contacts are stored in Address Book, so when you first sync, it will dump them all back onto the iPhone.

    Don't do DFU mode if you're a newbie - only do it if you know what you're doing. Infact, you shouldn't do it at all. Only paranoid idiots like me place iPhone into DFU mode when a new update comes out.

    I love my iPhone. Really.

    2.1 on the iPod Touch seems to have made it a lot snappier, so hopefully it's the same for the iPhone!
