It used to be a such lovely spot!!

..anyways, I have just bought myself a Mac Pro 4.1 for a very reasonable price ($300)
It come with no hdd, however!
I've installed a 500GB Samsung ssd hdd than I've downloaded and prepared mac os el capitan on a usb disk (on my windows box, with TransMac)
However, I can't seem to be able to install the mac os on the new box?
every combination of start keys brings me back to the same screen : flashing folder question mark

I've tried pressing;
C
D
T
Command R
Command Option R
Option D

Are there any other methods to install a fresh copy of mac os on a mac pro 4.1??
