Mac Pro 3 noisy and no screen

Hi all.

Im new here amd new to Mac. The mac in the pictures was my brothers (rip). He was apple thru and thru.



It stopped working so sat dormant for a year till I finally got to a mac store in Sydney. They plugged it in and all worked and ran for 3 days. A few weeks later i got nothing again.



That red fan in the black box makes a lot of noise. Not a bearing noise, just running flat out





Any help or ideas greatfully accepted
