Default Are we paying more again in Australia?

    Looking at iPhone 6S pricing

    Cost of iPhone 6S, 128gb is $1379AU
($251 dearer than the 6 when it was released a year ago.)

In US, the cost is $849 for 128GB 6S to buy outright.
According to the exchange rate it should be $1180 AU.

Why are we paying $200 more in Australia for the iPhone?

Don't forget that often State sales tax gets added onto purchases in the US, and that is not shown as it varies from state to state.
