    Default Help me find Mini DP to DP adapter

    Hi Everyone

    My Asus monitor has display port and came with the cable - full size DP on both ends. I was more confused than suprised to see I can't find any mini DP/Thunderbolt to DP adapters! What's the gist here? Thousands of Mini DP to HDMI but that isn't what I want.
    Am I missing a trick here?

    Don't bother with an adaptor, just replace the whole cable. Much neater and less points of failure.

    Here's one for you:
    Apple Thunderbolt / Mini DisplayPort Cable


    If you really want an adaptor:
    MacBook Pro Mini DisplayPort to HDMI & DVI Adapter

    Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort Adapter
    Many Shiny Toys with Apple Logos | Some Microsoft Toys too
    If it has an engine or a heartbeat it's going to cost you.
