Gave my setup a bit of an overhaul today. Starting with a second screen, it's not going to win any beauty contests, but I'm absolutely loving it already. Also finally got around to buying a couple of 1TB HDD's for clone and backup, the email from apple was a pretty big motivator. Plus the biannual desk tidy up

Found it at the Applestore, Chermside but for the price I can get a decent 24" monitor so I'll do that instead. At least it'll be easier to take to lans

Technically, it is not a NAS. It is a Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 RAID enclosure connected to a Mac Mini.

Well I've moved home and had to relocate my old office to the "cloak room" in our new home. The room is just big enough for the old kitchen table / desk. It (the cloak room) still has the shelf and coat rail but hey it's functional. I spruced it up with a lick of paint before moving in.....also pictured is my daughters MBP, i am converting all the family to Apple

"Reality distortion field" mine is still distorted.....

It seems like a pretty big cloak room.

1700 x 2000, had to take the legs off the table to get it through the door.....I was looking for a picture, before / after but it will have to wait until tomorrow...
It certainly is a cloak room though, well that was what the original intention of the architect was, it was never finished off, bare gyprock / no paint.....

Geoff, I envy you and your two thunderbolt displays. I'd love to have one, a 27" iMac and my Air.
