Toshiba say that they'll soon have a 750GB hard drive available which meets the 9.5mm height standard for most (current and past) Mac portables. They'll also have a 1TB version as well, which due to it's 12.5mm thickness will only work in Unibody machines. Hooray for larger hard drives!
