If you're looking at getting an Windows Phone 7 handset just to live on the wild side, then you're in luck. Your Ballmer spawn will sync to your Mac, and everything will be just fine.

Citysearch launched an augmented reality iPhone app. While augmented reality apps aren't really anything new, or anything special, all the*augmented*reality apps that I've tried, however, just don't work that well; either because of a lack of content or because they're not localised for Australia. Hopefully this Australian-centric app will change things for us Aussies.

Smoking Apples have a brilliant analysis on the next major version of iOS, Mac OSX Lolcat. Wait, I mean Ceiling Cat. Or is that Lion? Too many big cat names, too little time.

Provided you've got a fairly recent backup of your iOS device, you can restore pretty much any kind of information (including your incredible Angry Birds save-game) to you iOS device with a couple of simple tools.

The MobileMe Calendar is beta no more, now that Apple have promoted it from beta to fully-fledged calendar status. Hopefully you'll be seeing it the next time you visit the web interface, along with some handy new features, to boot.

One for the jailbreak crowd this morning is Wi-Fi sync. Version 2.0 is coming in December, along with a name-change due to the fact that it will support over-the-air syncing over the three's of gee.

It's sad that Skype for Windows is so much better than it's Mac counterpart. Even before the new 5.0 (as in Hawaii) hit Windows, the Mac version has always been behind in terms of gloss and polish. Not any more, say 9 to 5 Mac.

Anandtech ask the question: can the 13-inch MacBook Pro be a decent Windows*laptop?

I'm not sure if I like the bevelled look of this metal back iPhone 4 mod. It's actually insanely simple to replace the iPhone 4 back cover, and they also sell a whole lot of other cool stuff, too.

You know, I'm pretty sure there aren't many supermodels who have their very own iPhone app.*Bar Rafeli, then, must certainly be the exception. I don't know about you, but I'm holding out for the Victoria's Secret app.

I don't see the point of a 12 iNCH iPad pro unless Apple makes iOS on the iPad actually for the iPad. You can't have an iPad pro without a viable file

How to make a type of sorting the default?

I'd like it so that the Finder always sorts by Kind but I find that whenever I restart or open a new Finder window that it reverts back to unsorted. Is

I really don't see the need for an iPad pro (12 inch screen), the original iPad was heavy enough that it was annoying to hold for extended periods of

I don't get the constant calls for Apple to drop and iPad.

Perhaps stop selling 3 iPad Minis, but don't drop the Mini or the Air.

Don't leave gaps and n the market. Apple learned that lesson with iPhones. Ironically, it was also a lesson it had to learn in the late eighties.

They'd be crazy to drop the Air. Perfect size for many.

Whats wrong with a nice solid line-up. It worked with the iPod.

I like your thinking :-) but I wonder if in fact there is a next iPad Air or if the lineup will be the Mini and the iPad Pro.

    iPad Air 2 Cases

I can vouch for these bought three or four just for the different colours. Really good value.

Seems to be lots of speculation on next iPhones and iPad Pro but nothing yet on next iPad. If it has Force Touch could it be called the iPad Air Force?
