    Having turned over its homepage to iPhone 6 photography, Apple is also rolling out billboards from buildings around the world to promote the power of the iPhone 6 camera. To date haven't seen any reports of Australian billboards but let us know know if you see one.

    Not that sales of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are struggling, according to the latest numbers from Gartner Apple outsold Samsung in the last quarter worldwide. However Samsung was able to content itself with being the overall winner across 2014. According to Macrumors that loss of top spot is significant as it is the first time since 2011 they haven't held it.

    Anyway let's get back to the AppleWatch, 9to5Mac appear to have got their hands on the strategies Apple have given to Retail staff ahead of the upcoming launch. It has a focus on three key points, the assumption many customers have made their mind up they want the watch, what their current usage patterns are and what model of iPhone do they have and is it compatible. In terms of the watch itself, the three key features are said to be “Health and fitness”, “New ways to connect” and “Timekeeping”.

    A rumour has surfaced this morning that we might see the 12-inch Retina MacBook Air at the event next week. It comes from a site called the Michael Report and is based on sources. Give. We haven't previously seen anything from the site before so I haven't linked and it would have to rank low on the reliability scale. I mean I even called that the day the invites went out!

    If you can't get enough Steve Jobs and you are sure there is more we don't know, then you will be happy to hear a new book is coming titled “Becoming Steve Jobs”. The book is written by Brent Schlender and Rick Tetseli and is done with co-operation from Apple and Steves widow Laurene Powell. It launches 24 March, but you can pre-order from most places now.
