• WWDC 2014 Keynote Live Stream

We're now only a few short hours away from Apple's WWDC 2014 Keynote Address from the Moscone Center in San Francisco. So far it looks like it'll be an interesting one, with demonstrations of OS X 10.10 and iOS 8 expected and some mysterious covered banners at Moscone West suggesting that something new is on the horizon.

Update 4:30 ACST: The keynote address has concluded. Stay tuned throughout the day for MacTalk's news and analysis of what was announced.

Apple has already confirmed that a live stream of the event will be available, so if you're anything like me and planning to stay awake tonight to watch it, make sure you have this page bookmarked. Keep in mind that Safari will be required if you plan to watch the stream on your Mac. iOS users can visit the same link in Safari on their devices and Apple TV users can select the Apple Events channel from the home screen.

If you're not sure when the keynote starts, we've compiled a short list of start times in Australian capital cities to make it somewhat easier.

    Sydney - 3:00 AM
    Melbourne - 3:00 AM
    Brisbane - 3:00 AM
    Canberra - 3:00 AM
    Hobart - 3:00 AM
    Adelaide - 2:30 AM
    Darwin - 2:30 AM
    Perth - 1:00 AM

If you can't access the live stream but still want to get in on the keynote goodness, Engadget, Ars Technica, MacRumors, Macworld and The Verge (among others) will be providing live text and image feeds of the keynote, so you can either take your pick or frantically flick between several of them.

Of course, MacTalk will have all of the news and announcements from WWDC hot off the presses and ready for you tomorrow morning as well, so unless you plan to watch the keynote later and want to avoid spoilers, check back here in the morning and over the course of the day for our roundup and analysis.

Finally, if you're looking for something to do between now and then, be sure to check out MacTalk's WWDC 2014 Wishlist and tell us in the comments what you would like to see announced during the keynote. We can't guarantee that your wishes will come true, but it's a bit of fun nonetheless.

Have fun, and see you all after the show!
