Lich Defense by JellyOasis is a new tower defense game released last month. It’s classic gameplay stays true to the genre but it feels different from most tower defense games.
Lich Defense offers a brand new quest system unseen in TD Games. Each stage players will be presented with 3 Quests or Missions, which they can choose to complete. These bonus mission’s range from finishing a level without being damaged, creating less than a certain number towers and dozens more.
Completing these missions will give you much needed bonus points to buy upgrades for your Lich. With a total of over 60 different quests, this will require players to use different tactics and strategies which offers an extra depth to it’s sprawling gameplay.
Another interesting feature for Lich Defense is the Lich King Itself. Unlike other TD Games where the final destination is defenseless, the Lich is the central focal point of this game.
As the Lich King you must protect your deadly towers against the swarms of invaders wanting to destroy you for fame and glory. Players can upgrade their Lich in RPG style gameplay. Upgrades include special skills such as the DeathRay, Fire Hand and more and you can check out the trailer to see how the Lich King lays ravage to the war-mongering invaders.
