Howzit,

It seems apple have made some changes to their cinema displays. New pictures without a border at the bottom of the screen showed up this morning on apple's site.

Apple - Mac mini - All the reasons you?ll love a Mac. (http://www.apple.com/au/macmini/why-mac.html)

Er seriously? Its just a layout error.

ED:

The cinema display in the new image is actually different, the ratio is slightly larger than the other images. Probably an error in the art department though, rather than an unintentional leak.

ED2: The scale is actually different too, its a 27" LED display. Curious huh?

Old and new images overlaid.

yeaaa.. art department screwed up. you could actually see the apple logo behind the dock, which indicates that the "border" or frame is still there.

open Apple - Mac mini - All the reasons you?ll love a Mac. (http://www.apple.com/macmini/why-mac.html) (US) and Apple - Mac mini - All the reasons you?ll love a Mac. (http://www.apple.com/au/macmini/why-mac.html) (AU) in two different tabs in your browser then scroll to the same position for both tabs, and switch between tabs to see the difference.

it's another way of seeing it besides the overlaid image saphylia.

I was commenting on the screens being differently sized, more than anything else.
