anyone got these parameters set when running apache and/or squid? i've heard the mac os x implementation is very buggy and results in objects that are memcached being slow.

i'm interesting in having a play with it..

in a nutshell; methods of handling/delaying tcp traffic when there is only "half a packet" to send to lower latency.

anyone?
