Missing Sync for Windows Mobile will provide support for syncing data to a Mac, but I don't know if I can guarantee it'll use ActiveSync with your applications.

Sync Windows Mobile to Mac Software - The Missing Sync (http://www.markspace.com/products/windowsmobile/mac/windows-mobile-sync-software.html)

You may be better off setting up a VMWare or Parallels system just for sync'ing this. Let me know if I can help out here...

If you need to sync programs and the associated data onto your PDA you'll probably find that you'll need access to Windows.

On a Mac, the most convenient way to do that is using Parallels or VMWare and setting up a virtual Windows install.

I've used Missing Sync as suggested above (own it) and it does a good job of syncing data, email, music, that sort of thing. I don't recall if it will install software (and I don't have it installed anymore to check).
