LOSER (http://www.earthv.com/articles.asp?ArticleID=2260)

Looks like microsoft is getting nervous on the success of Tiger, and did this knowing that it can't deliver LooooongHorn to even par with the current Tiger. However, it should be alright if they don't put charges on, almost all, software companies that uses 'Microsoft's Double Clicking'.

O W L D

and if you actually went to read the article you yourself posted, and/or the patent instead of succumbing to the unfounded sensationalism, you'd realise they are not patenting the "double click" as such rather a method whereby

Alternative application functions are launched based on the length of time an application button is pressed.

EDIT: lol disko

If you want stupid patents, read up on Trumps attempts to patent the use of "You're Fired!" on TV.
