Wow - The Apple store didn't go down for the update!!! Also, that's quite a nice machine now.

Upgrade to 4gb if you need it. Its not exactly expensive either, nor difficult.

I agree. It should be 4GB RAM
I don't think they'll get many people upgrading to 4GB RAM

agreed. when you add in only the ram upgrade or even a hdd upgrade, you might as well get the nicer case with the 13" MBP. has the price changed at all?

Wow, I wonder if this means another bump for the 13" MBP?

$1,388.99 with the 4GB upgrade, making the difference only $110.01 money well spent really.

That's very cheap for an Apple RAM upgrade!!

Something that seems to have been missed: The new MacBook supports Audio/Video output over the Mini DisplayPort using their own VESA compliant HDMI adapter!

Wonder if this is something they can implement on the other MB's via software update? Probably not :(

AppleInsider | Revised 2010 MacBook now supports HDMI with audio output (http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/10/05/18/revised_2010_macbook_now_supports_hdmi_with_audio_ output.html)

thats awesome

^ They should have got it right in the first place.

I also think it's a bit of a rip when you're going to upgrade the ram & hdd. Also the lack of the illuminated keyboard is a big factor when comparing to the 13"MBP.
