The iPhone OS 3.2 beta has just gone live on the Developer portal, mainly focusing on features from the iPad. Downloading now, more details later.

Edit: Despite the title, it's SDK only at this point, no iPhone software.

Guess it's only for iPad support (3.2 only supports iPad according to macrumors.com).

Let me get this straight. You're an iphone Developer (allegedly) and you haven't even signed up as a paid developer?

Credibility Factor.
