View Full Version : HELP!!! Have lost all connections!!!

Hi everyone

In an effort to connect the new PS3 our son got for Xmas I seem to have completely stuffed all connection to the internet for the macbook.

All was working fine until I went into Airport utilities and went into the security features, changes encryption to WEp and added a 13 letter password. Ever since this happened I cannot get back into Airport Utilites as I get a -6753 error and the macbook won't connect to the internet, no matter what password I enter.

The desktop is windows and internet is still working on this.

Am panicking at the moment and need all the help and advice I can get.

Thanks everyone and Merry Xmas.

There should be a little pen hole in the Airport device to reset it.

Reset it and set the security to WPA2...

Try connecting the MB to the AE via ethernet cable, disable the wifi and go into airport util
Then undo what you did previously
