I have Mac Office 2008 - and using MS Excel, I wish to be able to colour certain cells according to the number in the cell.

For example - colour all cells with the value less than 3 - red.

Is this possible?

Thank you.

Can you apply more than the 3 Conditions offered? After adding 3 conditions - the ADD button is not available.

I have my own MS Excel question: is it just me or does Excel not use the system shortcut cmd ~ to switch between active windows?

Excel 2007 allows lots of conditions, After switching to a Mac and going from Office 2007 to 2008 that's (another) thing I noticed doesn't work anymore. Here's hoping MS actually get around consolidating all the features across both PC and Mac versions.
