Trying to D/L the Calendar for 2010 sitting dates of The House of Representatives in either .ICS or CSV format, neither will load, Webmaster says it should, anyone else tried it?

Open the file in TextEdit and delete the following lines from the top

The first 4 lines should now look like this:

Save and open in iCal.

Thanks for your solution, did as you described and it all works, wonder why the Webmaster couldn't have provided the answer.
