Yesterday I received an email that looks suspicious. It offers a update for Adobe PDF Reader. I can't see anything about it on Adobe's download page. Don't want to click on the link. It just doesn't look right. Does anyone know anything about it, please?

Delete it and move on, you don't need Adobe PDF reader - support for PDF is built into Mac OS X.

You are using a Mac aren't you?

Yes. Using a Mac but not very techno-wise. Thanks for the advice. Will delete it now.

I think this is spam.

Hover your mouse over the hyperlink, and the URL that pops up is *not* adobe.com.

Label it as junk mail.

I've been getting a variety of these too. It's spam, and not linked to adobe - just pretending to be.

I get these too - Google Earth is another 'offer'. Trash them

It is spam, and has been reported as forcing downloads of 'anti-virus software' to peoples PC's (not us mind) :-). Delete it.
