Smilebox Application won't install

I have tried to download and install a collage program from the smilebox site
Scrapbooking, Ecards and More at Smilebox (http://www.smilebox.com/) and although it downloads OK, when the installer gets to the end it gives a fail to install message because it can't install some files in the applications folder??

I have tried a couple of downloads but nothing works.

Have repaired permissions with disk utility, shut down all apps running, stopped firewall but same problem.

Any ideas to get it to install??

If you are trying to install Smilebox from a Standard Account then try this:

Drop the Smilebox.dmg file in the Shared folder:


MacintoshHD ~> Users ~> Shared

Then log out or switch users to an Administrators Account and then navigate to the Shared folder and try again to install it.

Thank Marto but still no luck.
I have tried shutting down, different browser (Firfox) logged in as administrator on another account, numerous downloads but still cannot install. The installer file comes down OK but it just won't install into the /Applications at all.
Turned off Firewall protection also. - No anti virus softare installed.
