PDFs not printing at correct orientation

Hi there

we have a magicolor 7300 color printer and for some strange reason printing to A3 - it refuses to print at the correct orientation. it is as though something has been changed in either preferences within AcrobatPro - or system prefs maybe??? when we print to A3 from InDeisgn for instance - there is no issue at all....

am I missing something obvious here??!!

When you print from InDesign, you have arranged your page orientation in that application and so all is correct.
Your mystery A3 document must also come from some application (?) and that is where your page orientation would be set.

the orientation is correct within the original InDesign document - and this is the only document it is happening on

yes - it shows up fine in the Preview window
