Is there some way, or software that I can use to synchronise folders to an external hard drive, when I plug it in?

I recently found an old 60GB HDD and I just bought a yum-cha USB caddy for it. I'd like, when I plug it into my MBP, for it to sync the Pictures, Documents and Music folder and basically, make any changes on the computer, reflected on the HDD.

Thanks!

Not free but Chrono Sync is very good.

I purchased Synk Standard: Advanced synchronization and backup for the rest of us (http://www.decimus.net/synk_standard.php) (after using it for the trail period) recently. It works pretty well.

Only feature I would like to see added is with scheduling. I have it set-up to sync at specific times, though would rather an 'on connect' feature like SuperDuper has.
