I'm looking for a program to find out what programs are transferring what over my internet connection.

My web browsing is painfully slow, and when I check my network traffic in istat it show's that I'm uploading at max bandwidth.

However I can't seem to figure out which program is actually using up the bandwidth. I don't have any p2p programs running presently (though I sometimes do, but usually during my offpeak when I'm not using the computer)

So I'm looking for a program that can break down my usage into which program or process is using what.

Any suggestions?

Yep. Little Snitch is good. Not free though.

That's ok. Should work long enough for me to work out what the cause of the traffic is.
