Gee just yell at us will ya..

If you have set the region 4 times, nothing can be done unless you modify the firmware somehow which I doubt if you can.

VLC still works though.

Warranty covers defects or faults in the product.

A DVD region lock is not a defect or fault.

1) Visit rpc1.org and see if there's Mac-friendly firmware available for the DVD drive you have.

2) Use VLC.

You've asked this question (http://forums.mactalk.com.au/18/40017-how-make-your-dvd-drive-region-free-4.html#post744861) around about three (http://forums.mactalk.com.au/11/61033-dree-dvd-drive-region-very-desperate.html#post749635) times before (http://forums.mactalk.com.au/11/63244-pls-help-me-free-my-dvd-drive.html). The answers are going to be the same every time. Please stop re-posting duplicate threads.

As has been mentioned several times before, either use VLC (http://videolan.org) or find a compatible unlock for your drive.
