How can I clean up my hard drive? on my Macbook.

As Im used to windows I am familiar with defrag, deleat cookies and crap cleaner.

What exactly do you mean by "clean it up"? Get more free space, or delete Safari history/cookies? You probably don't need to defrag but you can get iDefrag if you really want to.

There is a freeware product called Mainmenu which will pretty much do an entire system clean for you, including browser caches, system caches etc.

Safari --> Empty Cache is the way to get back any space from un-needed files.

However, this doesn't delete your browsing history. To do that you need to go to Safari-->Reset Safari... and unclick everything other than browser history. Then click OK. Unless there is some stuff in there that you don't want people to see, there really isn't much need for it though. It will only be taking up a very small amount of space.
