QuickTime (maybe it's only part of QuickTime Pro).

Open the movie, then File > Export > Audio as AIFF or WAV.

dont have pro sorry. any free software out there? Here's hoping that the Quicktime Pro included in Snow Leopard (http://www.tuaw.com/2009/02/11/rumor-snow-leopard-to-include-quicktime-pro/) rumor comes true!

Give MPEG Streamclip a go, the only thing I've used it for was to save the audio track from video files. Squared 5 - MPEG Streamclip video converter for Mac and Windows (http://www.squared5.com/)
