Hey Peoples,

Well my HDD in my G4 12" 1.33 PB has died YET AGAIN! =(

Decryption was nice enough to have a go at replacing it last time and I'm now looking to find a store to have it replaced again...

Any suggestions and at how much it will cost?

Was going to send it to MacMedic but not really keen on sending it mail or confident enough to package it properly (original box back in Brisbane)...

Cheers...

Streetwise. Australia's Apple Mac & iPod Superstore! (http://streetwise.com.au/)

It's not going to be free but they'll do an awesome job. Give them a call - 9818 2100 and see how much.

I don't mind doing it again :)
In fact, that HDD should still be under warranty, do you still have the receipt?

LOL, DPP! GOLD!

Aww, thanks Anthony... It's a bit of a mission to have you do it all again, I remember you were telling me there were countless amounts of screws and other bits n pieces... But if you're keen... LOL...

Hmm, receipt might be a bit difficult to find... Might have put it somewhere, I'll check it out when I get home... ;)
