I cannot sign in on Sketch Up on my Mac OS X 10.5.6, I click the "G" or "3D warehouse" and the sign in pop-up appear, I enter my google account username and password, then i click "Sign In" and after about 0.5 second an error message appear above the "Sign In" and "Cancel" button saying "Unable to connect. Check your internet connection settings.", I can sign into my gmail account using Firefox and Safari without incident

I also have no problem with my Windows version of Sketchup

It looks like there are a few other Mac users that have had a similar issue.

Any ideas? Has anybody else had this problem?

I've used it on two Macs on 10.5.6 without any problems.

All I can think of is that it may be getting blocked by a firewall. If you have PeerGuardian or Little Snitch or something like that installed, I'd try disabling them while you try to sign in.

No, I have nothing like that installed. This is a real mystery. Anybody else have any ideas.
