Hi Guys. I have an RTA100+ and cannot video on ichat.
The only LONG solution I've found is;
Port Forwarding for the Dynalink RTA100+ (http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dynalink/RTA100+/iChat.htm)

Is there an easier way?
Thanks. Rod.

You could put the computer that you want to video ichat from in the DMZ using a fixed IP but that negates the protection of the NAT that your modem/router provides.

So quicker... but less secure.

I hate to say, but seriously, use Skype and not iChat. Though between 3 of us, we managed to get video iChats working, we still had issues with it not working if one of us started the chat, but only if another did. The number of ports that need to be forwarded is in the order of the ridiculous, and leaving iChat to manage that itself (via UnPNP) never seemed to work. The only time I had Skype fail on me was when the router my friend was using crapped itself completely and the connection dropped out.
