Hey Everyone,
I've been wanting an iPhone since day one, but i'm 16 years old and didn't have enough money to buy outright (on Three... bloody Three... wanting the Three logo on the iPhone... ahhrrr.) but now I do! So, is it worth getting the iPhone outright (if I can find it anywhere that is...)? Considering the outright cost, ive noticed its actually pretty cheap compared to the outright sale price of $1299 for the N96 at JB.

Thoughts appreciated.

Thanks,
-CaptHowie.

If you have the money then go get it outright. I did since it was my only option.

$730-850 is a good price (low end for 8GB, high end for 16GB).

Outright is good. You could get one second hand if you want to save some cash.

Well i'm also getting a 80GB iPod classic. I was originally going to use the iPhone as an iPod, but may just use it for podcasts as I have most of my iTunes in 320kbps MP3's or Apple Lossless files. Ill probably be looking at the 16GB White, but it may be worth looking at the 8GB, but it's only in black. Decisions, decisions...

Thanks,

Yeah, well when I was a kid, I got a secondhand watch for my 16th birthday, and I thought that was pretty special . . . my next door neighbour had a bike though.
