View Full Version : cannot send email via 3 network - help

i have an unlocked 3G iphone and I am using the 3 network sim card. internode is my service provider.

on the 3 network i can use safari and check my email on the internode account. however i cannot send email via the 3 network.

my current setting in outgoing mail server is mail.internode.on.net, and other stmp servers i put in smtp.three.com.au. there is an icon for turning it on and i have.

can send email when at home using wifi and using internode account :confused:

Also posted on another forum, but having a similar problem but with my bigpond account.
Able to receive but not send.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Use mail.internode.net.au and use outgoing mail authentication.
