Something that annoys me about sherlock is it's ebay search - it only searches ebay in the USA. Does anyone know of an Austrlaian plugin for Sherlock? If not, can Sherlock be modified to be Australian only? Can someone write an Australian ebay plugin for sherlock?

there are many things in Mac OS :osx: that seem to be USA specific. Has anyone localised any parts of OS X?

I used Safari Enhancer to change the Google search from searching google.com to google.com.au. But you've probably already discovered that trick.

that's great

You can also edit safari so that you can specify the default search engine - possibly to an australian government one, or something of the like.

I'd love to see an ebay.com.au sherlock plugin though.
Can anyone write one?

I downloaded Sogudi which can be used to search for anything (on sites that have search facility) from the Safari address window.

Sogudi also works with an application/bookmark launcher called Quicksilver for fast searching without opening Safari. Both freeware.
