Hi guys,

Is anyone else having VMware Fusion connectivity problems?

For some reason, this has cropped up recently (past few days) and I cannot figure it out.

My internet just keeps getting dropped inside Fusion. My ISP is working (I'm posting on a Mac, the same Mac with Fusion).

I've restarted Fusion/XP, rebooted my router, turned off/on AirPort.

The only thing I have done differently is installed Firefox 3.0.1 on Fusion but have tried with Internet Explorer as well and cannot get any Internet (or rarely).

It is via NAT and my OS X is working just fine, no internet connectivity problems. Thank you!

Latest VMware Fusion 1.1.3
XP SP3.
iiNet ADSL.

EDIT
Solved... I think (from the looks of it).

I did this inside Terminal:

sudo "/Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/boot.sh" --restart

Seemed to give me the Internet back inside XP. But for how long...

I have to do an occasional
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew in the prompt to get networking going after having computer on sleep mode.

Its a pain..
