Hi Guys,

I've been using Dreamweaver to code PHP, but frankly it sucks beyond being useful for doing HTML layouts.

On my PC I had some good free/opensource PHP editors with things like code completion and one feature that I really miss is one where it would remember all the variables and functions in a class and would do autocompletes for that. So know I'm suffering from having to rely on my own memory :P

Any ideas for something for doing this on OS X would be appreciated.

Also, I used to use MySQL CC which is no longer being developed so I don't have a copy of it for Mac OS X to install, anyone know of a half decent MySQL gui app?

Thanks in advance

Textwrangler is the free version of BBedit if you dont want to pay for it. Just has some features cut out that I never used for php/mysql anyway.

So does BBedit or Textwrangler support code completion?

yeh I've been using SubEthaEdit ... it works really well. Even tested the collaboration part and it worked flawlessly ...

I've also been recommended to use Smultron (http://smultron.sourceforge.net/) as it has code completion
