iShowU (http://www.shinywhitebox.com/home/home.html) and Screenflow (http://www.varasoftware.com/products/screenflow/) seem to be the best two out at the moment.
I still like iShowU very much though :)

Agreed, iShowU is my favourite... and it's FREE!

US$20 for a licence, otherwise you get the "HEY IM USING ISHOWU" watermark.

Does anyone know of any free ones? Even if they have very, very few features.

My bad, you're right. I just checked Wallet (the best password/serial storer app I've used) and I bought it! lol.

Check out Capture Me - Capture Me - Screen Capture Software for Mac OS X (http://www.chimoosoft.com/products/captureme/)
I haven't used it, but it's free and should do the basics of recording a screen.

I have Copernicus (http://www.danicsoft.com/projects/copernicus/). It gives a pretty low frame rate for me but I don't know what the other programs get. I'll give capture me a go.

This one seems to work quite well and it's free. But no sound. Sounds like iShowU is the way to go for $20.
