View Full Version : Make Leopard look more like...ummm...Tiger?

Apologies if this has been answered before - I did a quick search but couldn't find the answer, so...

...how do I make 10.5 look a bit more like 10.4? Particularly the Finder, and to be completely specific, the icons in the User pane of the Finder (eg. Documents, Movies, Music, etc.). In 10.5, they're all boring blue, whereas in 10.4, they were different colours, making it easier click on the right one.

Also, is it possible to increase the size of the text in the Finder sidebar?

If anyone wants to update the look of their folders, head over to InterfaceLIFT (http://interfacelift.com/icons-mac/index.php?sort=ratings) and search for Mac icons.
I found a couple of nice sets, and have updated some of my dock and finder icons.

Under System Preferences: Desktop and Screensaver; turn off the Transparent Menu Bar.

That's part of the job done already.

Might not be that useful but since Leopard has gotten rid of the curviness of the menu bar corners, haha
