Hi, I got two mac with OS X at home (they are connected). One is connected to a USB printer. Here comes the problem: How to add the network printer for the 2nd mac? When I go into add printer, it ask Apple Talk, Bluethooth, IP printing, open directory, rendezvous, usb, and window printing. Which one do I choose?

Thanks

turn on printer sharing in system preferences then it will show up under 'rendezvous" on the second system

Make sure Printer Sharing is ON on the machine connected to the printer, not the machine trying to connect to it.

Once the machine that is physically connected to the printer has been enabled for sharing the printer. The other mac's on the network will automatically see it.
