View Full Version : Bootcamp - Leopard "Restore Utility"?

Hi All,

I had a not-fully-working boot camp partition with Windows on it. I got sick of windows, so I hosed the partition, making OSX the whole drive again. I did this through the bootcamp utility running under Leopard.

Now, everytime I boot, it always comes up with "No bootable disk found."

I suppose this is related to the Windows installing it's own bootloader in the MBR of the hard drive, which then goes to look for Windows first on the hard drive.

Anyway to restore this to set the default bootloader to load Leopard first?

Thanks,
bennyling

Try this:

System Preferences->Startup Disk ... and then select Macintosh HD as the default startup disk.
