As the title says, how do I go about doing this. My Nokia 6210 has Bluetooth but in System Preferences it says it is disconnected. How do I connect them (they are paired).

Thanks,
Ricky.

Turns out my phone needs to be connected for the Bluetooth button to become available. How do I connect my phone?

Does your phone have Bluetooth?

Turn BT on the computer on.
Turn BT on the mobile on.

Make sure the device is visible (discoverable). One or the other, or both (if you want).

Connect with iSync or the BT menu/Set up Bluetooth Device?

As I said I have paired them, and even sent files to each other. I discovered to connect them I need to open the Bluetooth File Exchange app, but even then, no Bluetooth icon in Address Book.

I use Blue Phone Elite for SMSing from my Macs. A much tidier and more complete solution than using Addressbook / SMS that was in Tiger.
