Looking at purchasing some Adobe software and have seen an UPSELL option - what on earth does this mean?

Thanks

I think it means that if you can upgrade from, for example, Photoshop to the entire Creative Suite.

True, BUT you have to have something relatively recent. I just went though an UPSELL installation of CS3 Design Premium from Photoshop 7.0.

You might need to contact Adobe to find out how far back you can go. Most of the Adobe resellers don't even know the upsell exists, let alone what the requirements are. Even the resellers at the last Adobe Roadshow didn't know!

Thanks for your replies. Upsell sounds like a good deal.

At work I have Photoshop 7, Illustrator CS, Acrobat 7 and Dreamweaver MX 2004 so can I assume all or one of these apps will be eligible for upsell to Design Premium?

Thanks chaps, will see how this pans out though it seems I'm eligible for the (even better) edu license.

Photoshop 7.0 will be fine. That's what I used for mine and it ran perfectly through registration.
