Hi all

I'm in the market for a new printer and am thinking of a multifunction unit like the Canon MP810. The couple of reviews I've read seem to say it's a good all rounder, but takes up a lot of room and is a bit heavy on cartridges. The quality of print output seems to be very good but the scanner is only rated so-so (no big deal for me).

Can any Mactalkers who own or use one share their experiences? I hope to buy in the next week or two and would value your user feedback re quality of unit, reliability, ease of use, cost of ownership etc etc.

Cheers

I have one and find the print quality is great and the scanner is rather good as I don't use the canon software for scanning and rather use VueScan which works great with it.
