I've been using viloader.net to convert video formats from flv to avi or wma. I was wondering if there was a free program I could download that could also let me do this, so I don't have to use the net everytime?

iSquint (http://www.isquint.org/) to convert to iPod/AppleTV.
FFMpegX to convert anything to anything, more or less, with options.

From the sticky (http://forums.mactalk.com.au/showthread.php?t=30462) on "which software do i use for..."
Converting Video
Visual Hub (http://visualhub.net/)
Visualhub converts anything to everything. It has inbuilt settings for optimising video for TV, iPod, iPhone, DVD and many more. It costs about $25 AUD.
iSquint (http://isquint.org/)
Visualhub's younger sibling, iSquint will do the same jobs as visualhub but with fewer export options.
