hey,

this morning everyones favourite dickhead in a hawaiian shirt was showing off a brilliant new phone that you just had to slide you finger accross to unlock, etc etc. like so many of his new gadgets, it was clearly an apple ripoff (of course, he didnt mention the iPhone at all), and like so many of his demonstrations, he couldnt get it to work!

For once, I was still at home to see this clown this morning, and I accidently had the idiot-box on 7 (reason unknown) - classic television watching himself make a complete knob of himself trying to get that thing to work..

And let's not forget his explanation of the anti-virus/utility software before that. Now I know Mel isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but both her and Kosh were completely perplexed by his confusing presentation. The best bit was when he held up the external drive and briskly stated that you could 'get one of these', with no intent on providing an explation - the hosts just looked at him, attempting to prompt him to do some explaning of what the hell that black box was to Mr Citizen in television-land.. he jabbered on a bit more before proceeding to make a twat of himself with the 'phone'(?)

clown.

more time spent rehearsing his segment, less time spent finding silly shirts to wear..

That phone was a classic... a classic example of why the gadget guy is simply a marketing tool. Obviously he knows nothing about that phone other than the fact that he was paid to "review" it.

Mind you... If I was that company I'd ask for my money back... he made that phone look impossible to use!

Wireless connectivity: GSM/GPRS/EDGE Tri-band: 900, 1800,1900, Wi-FiŽ: IEEE 802.11 b/g

On no! It doesn't have 3G, only slow GPRS and EDGE! What a rip, no-one will buy that. How could HTC release such a device and not give it a 3G radio! :D

Guys, don't link to the idiot's website. He earns $$$ from every page view. Even if it's only a few cents, I'd rather he went without.
